This is by far the best datil sauce I’ve ever tried. I have lived in Florida for over 20 years and probably tried 50... different hot sauces and this one is my number one. One of the perfect sauces that will allow you to amaze family and friends. It is a true “taste of St. Augustine”. This... has become a staple in our house as it has the sweet heat that perfectly represents the Datil pepper.

I love HH with so many different preparations, but last night I used it to marinate and blacken chicken to serve atop a cilantro couscous with fresh spinach.

Its not possible for you to understand how excited I was when I found out this was a thing. I ordered a case so I could... spread that datil goodness with my hawaii friends and the reviews were unanimous.
